Introducing RockBLOCK Pro
RockBLOCK Pro is an easy-to-integrate IoT messaging gateway for your remote application.
Built on the Iridium Certus 9704 module and Iridium Messaging Transport, it provides highly-reliable, low-latency 2-way messaging from anywhere on Earth.
IMT is the natural successor to Iridium's SBD service, and enables messages up to 100kB - suitable for all kinds of IoT data, including images and audio clips.
RockBLOCK Pro is available as a rugged (IP66) terminal with a built-in antenna, or with provision for an external antenna. It is also available as an OEM version, designed for integrating within your product enclosure.
Designed for Cloudloop
RockBLOCK Pro offers tight integration with Ground Control's Cloudloop platform to provide data storage, processing and delivery for your IoT messages. Cloudloop has excellent support for all major public cloud services, including AWS, Google Cloud and Azure.
Easy to integrate
RockBLOCK Pro is commanded by the same serial interface as RockREMOTE Mini.
Legacy mode
RockBLOCK Pro also supports the original AT command set implemented by the 9602 and 9603 SBD modules. This means you can directly replace your Iridium SBD module with RockBLOCK Pro and enjoy larger message sizes, faster throughput and lower data costs for your existing application.
