The RF specifications for RockBLOCK are listed in the table below. These specifications are not required to use the RockBLOCK, but may be required for some local regulatory equipment approvals.

Selecting an external antenna
You must use an Iridium-approved external antenna. Rock 7 recommends these manufacturers:

If you are planning a long (>1.5m) cable run between RockBLOCK and the antenna, then you must use a suitable grade of coaxial cable to avoid loss.
