Cloudloop
Cloudloop is an all-encompassing platform designed to manage IoT devices and subscriber accounts, while offering robust data organization and tracking functionalities. Key features include:
- Subscription Manager: Search and manage subscriber accounts, view current plans, contracts, and device statuses. Activate, deactivate, suspend subscribers, and track account usage and associated costs.
- Device Manager: Remotely manage your IoT devices. Monitor device health, perform over-the-air (OTA) software updates, create custom alerts and notifications, ultimately reducing engineering site visits.
- Cloudloop Data: Organize and monitor the activity of your IoT devices ('Things'). Group devices meaningfully, and manage how data is collected and consumed. Use message boards and pre-configured destinations for seamless data handling.
- Cloudloop Tracking: Real-time tracking of your assets. Trace exact coordinates, speed, and view historical timelines of asset movements with multiple terrain mapping options.
- Cloudloop API: A powerful and flexible API designed to enhance your IoT system architecture. Integrate device management, data flow, and tracking capabilities into your own applications, ensuring seamless control and visibility across your entire IoT ecosystem.

CORE
The CORE platform offers an easy-to-use web interface for managing trackers and assets. Designed for seamless integration with our hardware, it offers:
- Device Configuration: Easily adjust settings, alerts, and tracking parameters.
- Real-time Tracking: View your devices on an intuitive map interface with accurate positioning.
- Data Insights: Analyze data from your devices to make informed decisions about your fleet or equipment.
CONNECT
The RockCONNECT app provides direct management of your Ground Control devices via Bluetooth, allowing for on-the-go configuration and control. Features include:
- Configure your device’s settings and update profiles: Manage device settings and operational profiles easily from your smartphone or tablet.
- Send and receive short emails and SMS messages: Conveniently send and receive messages directly through the app.
- Manage tracking settings and messaging intervals: Adjust tracking frequencies and configure messaging intervals on the go.
- Monitor device status and view essential information: Get real-time insights into device health, battery level, and connectivity.
