Position Display

The position display uses data that is streamed over BLE directly from the product. The source (GNSS or APNT) will depend on configuration and product type.

The display also lists the position data from the smart device GNSS.

Position Screen Bursts. The number of Iridium APNT bursts that have been received over the last minute.

Processed Bursts. The number of bursts that are have been decoded in the last minute. Some bursts may not be decoded. as they may be corrupt.

EPE. Estimated Position Error. A measure of confidence in the accuracy of the position reported by APNT. After first enabling APNT it may take several minutes for the error to reduce.
