The RockCONNECT app is designed to work seamlessly with our RockSTAR Mk3, RockFLEET, RockAIR, and RockBLOCK Switch/Sense devices, offering users a convenient way to manage and configure their devices.
The CONNECT app's configuration functionality works across all platforms, ensuring that users can easily manage their devices. However, the messaging features within the app are deeply integrated with the CORE platform. If you are using another platform, such as Cloudloop, and wish to enable messaging through the CONNECT app, please reach out to our customer support team for further assistance and integration options.
You can find the RockCONNECT app on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

The CONNECT app uses Bluetooth LE to communicate with compatible devices. Please note that older device models manufactured prior to October 2014 may not be compatible due to the lack of Bluetooth LE support.
