In order to enhance cost efficiency and flexibility for our customers, CORE offers a pay-as-you-go billing model, where line rental is only charged when needed, instead of on an annual basis.
We also utilize a credit-based system for position reports, where 1 credit equals 1 position report. Even better, credits are shared across all trackers in your account.
Credits never expire provided that at least one credit is used within a 12-month period.
Managing payments for line rental and credits is done online through your CORE account. Credit pricing varies depending on the quantity purchased, giving you the flexibility to choose the most suitable package for your needs.
There’s no need to commit to a monthly quota. You only pay for the actual number of position reports used.
If your account runs out of credits or your line rental period expires, your tracker will be temporarily deactivated. Reactivation is simple—just top up your credits or extend your line rental period.
You can also set up automatic credit top-ups to avoid running out. Line rental must be renewed manually by logging in to Core.
Your billing contact will receive automatic email notifications when it's time to top up credits or extend your line rental.
